Newish things

This has to be the longest stretch without a blog post.  No reason--I just get out of the habit I suppose.  New dyed bone bead rounds will be listed by tonight...
earrings too--new life to some some mix and match components from long expired earrings.  Below are closeups of the collage cabs.  I love my light but sometimes the ring form reflection bugs me.

Last night I decoupaged a Boris Karloff "The Mummy" poster onto by basement stairs.  Bad photo.  Decoupaging large things is a totally different operation than tiny things.  But it turned out cool--it really looks like it's part of the wood.  It's one of my favorite movies.
 An assemblage pendant...
 chandeliers...
 simple earrings of polycabs...
a new twisty bead technique I've been using...
Used in a couple different ways here...
 Little assemblage earrings...
 Some grunge whites...
Cane bead set...
I love these.  Almost kept them.
A couple of pendants.  Check it out! Beads and pendants here  and earrings here

    1. I thought about a tute for the twisty beads, but it looks so obvious how to do it, does it not? I can't tell. I usually use the twist tech. to make appliques, so I'm going to need to make a few more batches before considering a tute. I'll send you a couple.
